Some of the workouts require no equipment and some require you to use the included pro-grade resistance band. I can’t wait until I can get through the entire workout !!! I have been having to follow the person who does the “modified workout” but my heart rate is still high and I am drenched in sweat when I am done so I guess it is working. The Focus Interval Training works every muscle group in your body-one after the other-then it works it again. The workouts change constantly so you never get bored. I like that they are full-body workouts but only take 25 minutes. This workout was created by Shaun T, who also created the INSANITY workout. Most of you know that I have been wanting to lose weight so when I was given the opportunity to review the Beachbody Focus T25 workout I jumped at the chance.
